Its apparent you are running pre 2.x there have been many fixes and additions to VICIDIAL since 1.x. It is recommended that you upgrade.

Hi Guys,
I am in a similar situation. How complex is it to upgrade from 1.x. Is there any documention that covers upgradation. I am not sure if Scratch Install covers it. What all do I have to re-configure?
Thanks for your feedback.

There is an UPGRADE document right in the top level of the 2.0.1 release that explains how to upgrade from 1.1.12-3 to 2.0.1

Thanks Matt. BY the way, is the UPGRADE document part of the Upgrade zip file or is it posted as a url on the web. If it is posted, please send me the url. Thanks again.
