Hardware Recommendation

What should be an appropriate set of hardware for a contact center serving inbound and outbound calls, and having 35 people dialing in a shift?

There are 3 shifts operating, the solution I'm looking for should be reliabe and scalable.

i recommend you a quad core with 4gb ram, scsi harddisks 10k
and if you can please use the mysql database on another machine out

are you going to record ?
how will you be recording?

what channel?
SIP?
IAX?
ae going to use analogical lines?
