We are trying to get the autodialing going, but for some reason, we can only work on Manual; when we use either Ratio or any of the ADAPT options it starts dialing ok, several calls being dialed, some ringing and all of that, but then it starts having the agents in Ready with no calls being made at all; we have been watching and playing with the drop limits, aggressiveness and those things but it doesn't seem to make a big difference if any at all.
The other thing, is it won't start autodialing unless we reboot the server.
Any suggestions?

check your dialplan you should have the call_log agi being called before you dial

The 'h' exten needs to be in every context in your dialplan as well.
