Hi there,
Is there a way to hide the transfer-Conf number from agents?
We don't want agents see the 3rd party number.
Thanks in advance.

If I am right you only need to put 'hidden' instead of 'text' in form field definition in html code ... if its not in a form field then simply delete the echo statement as it won't hurt.

try setting the type to "hidden". Just deleting the field will probably break the functionality.
