agent issue after 3 hours

This is a post from someone having issues registering with the forum:
I wanted to post a support question in regards to a "transferring
calls deadlock" issue in one of my campaigns.
We have 25 agents logged in to a single campaign.
The campaign is running in autodial mode and autodial level is set to
2.5. There are some dropped calls but we can live with them for now.
The real issue is the campaign runs smoothly for about 3 hours but
then it hits a condition where the number of available agents goes up
to 25. The dialer keeps making outbound calls and the number of people
waiting for agents starts incrementing upwards. We usually log
everyone off of the system, force a reset of the hopper and this
problem goes away, for about 3 hours. We have a single disposition
setup for lead recycling and that interval is set for 3 hours.
Any pointers? Maybe you can post to the forum for me since I can't register.
