What is this status? showing up in the status column within vicidial_list for a few leads.

You must be using SVN trunk :)

The ERI status is given to a lead when an agent closes their web browser before dispositioning a call.

These used to be set to the N status, but we had a client point out that they should probably be segregated to be treated differently depending on the campaign and not just folded back in with active leads.
