Disconnected status in auto mode

We are dialing with SIP or IAX2 trunks in autodialing mode.

We have around 200 000 NA status (a lot). A part of them are real NA and the others are disconnected numbers, but we don't know which of them. And we are not calling them anymore, because the agents start waiting between calls about 5-10 minutos so it's a waste of time with the disconnected numbers.

How can we know which are disconnected numbers, and which are real NA in autodial mode?

For example if from those 200 000 NA numbers, there are 50 000 real NA, and with vicidial in autodial mode we can recover 40 000 - 45 000, it would be excellent (not a big deal if we lost the 5% or 10%). We rather call than don't.

thanks

At most of our US client locations we have done several tests to see if there is a better way of filtering of Disconnects. The problem is that disconnect signals are not reliable. At one client, a call that was marked as disconnected had a 30% chance of connecting if attempted 5 motre times in the next 7 days. This became a pattern as we analyzed the codes received form the carriers and there has not been a resolution to this problem since then. the problem is with inconsistent carrier telco standards and equipment, and this is not going to be solved anytime soon int he US.

As a side note, this problem has not shown to occur in the UK or several other European countries.
