Posted: Thu Jul 03, 2008 4:57 amVicidial is not dialing more than 12 digits. Is there a way to make it dial 17 digits, if so how. kindly let me know. The provider has a dial prefix and I do not know how to handle it. Very Urgent

is there a common prefix across all calls or country codes?
If so, then you can either put that in the dialplan or in the dial_prefix field of the campaign.
