Callback Calender with 24h

Hi,
is there a way to change the callback calendar to 24h instead of AM/PM ??
We have quit a bunch of callbacks which are erroneously scheduled i.e. at 11PM and end up never called again.
The perfect solutions were if the chooseable time-range considers the call-time which is configured for that specific campaign.
Any ideas?
