Hello All,

I have a vicidial system with 10 agents working. After initial hitches now i have managed to get the system working in stable condition.
Thanks to the vicidial team.

I just noticed few problems, i have recording enabled by setting it to "ALLFORCE" and the recording extetnsion looks as given below in my extensions.conf.

exten => 8309,1,Answer()
exten => 8309,2,NoOp(${CALLERID(name)})
exten => 8309,3,Monitor(gsm,${CALLERID(name)})
exten => 8309,4,Wait(3600)
exten => 8309,5,Hangup()

The calls are recorded and i get gsm files in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/DONE/ folder.

Now my problems :
1) When i play the recorded files i can hear the agent talking to the client however i also hear a continuous ring. The ring sound is higher and hence it makes the actual conversation difficult to hear and understand.

2) I have a recording in monitor/DONE/108_20080716-191237-all.gsm, i noticed that i also have two files
108_20080716-191237-in.gsm and 108_20080716-191237-out.gsm in the monitor/ORIG/ folder. Why are these files not deleted after a combined file is generated??

3) There are some in-out recording pairs in monitor/ORIG/ directory for which the combined file is not generated at all.

Please help me on these issue as my system is in production and recordings are integral part.
