Drop calls

We went live using vicidial yesterday. Things was alright

Wondering how can drop calls be minimised. We used dial level of 3 for 20 agents. There were roughtly 200 drop calls when I saw the report.

In vicidial dial or any predictive dialling system , is drop calls happen to occur. What can be minimum drop calls when using vicidial for 20 seats. with dial level 3.

Are you using release 2.0.1?

Are you using predictive dialing (any of the ADAPT_ dial methods)?

started using predictive ....less call drops. but it takes time to get calls to agents. I guess using ratio keeps the agents on the call.

You can adjust the way that Predictive works using the other settings in that section like the intensity and target difference settings.
