call transfer wont hangup

I am having issues with call transfers.

The call scenario is this.

agent receives an inbound call, qualify the call then transfer it to a 3rd party number. But when the agent leave the 3 way even if you click leave 3 way again the line with the inbound client and the closer and the agent are still in the meetme room. It just wont hangup.

I set the Transfer-Conf Number 1 and the DTMF to CXFER

and still wont hangup the call.


Any ideas?

Any Error console errors on the browser?

Any Asterisk CLI output or log output on the Asteirsk server?

Any debug file output on the web server in the agc directory?
