We have loaded leads into the system, agents start calling and they have changed customer details like address, tel nos etc. After they have dialled the leads i want to take out the leads which contain the correct customer data from vicidial. How do I go about it.

you mean you want to export the data, or you want to remove the leads that are correct from being dialed?

I recommend using PHPMyAdmin to do exports, this will let you select only the fields you want and it will export to many file formats.

Can i install PHPMyadmin in a client xp machine and do the export over a network. If possible tell me the procedure.

You can install it on a windows computer, I don't know how to do it but I know it can be done.
I would suggest taking a look at the PHPMyAdmin website.
