Each night, I print out an agent performance detail sheet for each campaign for our TM manager. He approached me today wanting to know if there was any way to pull a report that has the information in the same format, but not broken up across four different campaigns.
Some of our agents change campaigns through the day and their name will show up on several reports. Great for that report, but it makes it a little difficult to see how many calls that agent handled.
So what I'm asking is; is there any way to pull a report for all agents and have the data formatted like the Agent Performance Detail page regardless of campaign?

Not at the moment, but this kind of report could certainly be built. Please post a feature request to the issue tracker and we'll try to get it done for the next release.
If you want the report built faster, you could sponsor the feature request and we could probably get it finished in a couple days.
