after lose connection and power softphone not ringing.

My datacenter went down and I lost access to vicidial and mysql.

After datacenter came back up I rebooted the servers and had everyone log back in.

The Zoiper softphones will register but will not ring.

Any ideas what might be wrong?

you might want to check the integrity of your database datafiles. Try doing and optimize table on all tables.
