Multi Tenant Capabilities?

Postby macp123 » Thu Aug 14, 2008 4:47 pm

I want to set up a predictive dialer with multi tenant capabilities. I was hoping there was something available to configure it this way. I want to have it work as a hosted service provider.

If this cant be done with Vicidial, please let me know what I can do. I have seen others but they are proprietary versions. I want to be able to brand my own dialer screen interface graphics, if you can help on that as well.

Please do not double-post.

VICIDIAL does not do multi-tenant. Changing it to allow for Multi-tenant the right way would involve a massive amount of code changing and could not be done quickly or cheaply.

Sorry about the double post. I had a question and a job request.

I was hoping there would be someone who has already done this themselves so it wouldn't take too long. All things take time and money, I never asked that. I want to know if it can be done or has someone done it already.

I am looking about how to implement multi tenant before and have not pursued it any further.

Multi tenant capabilities is possible but as matt said it will require massive amounts of code and also have to make the vicidial database mysql-cluster capable.
