Hi,
I have installed astguiclient 2.0.4.1rc3 and queuemetrics-1.4.4.
Configured the queuemetrics server details in vicidial, but the problem I am facing is queuemetrics is not displaying status of calls/agents etc in its reports.
only table where entries are going in is queue_log.

Please help me.

There are a lot of little steps needed to get the two working together and I have not really had the time to document them all. I have also made a lot of changes to the queue_log logging in SVN trunk that addresses several issues with QM compatibility on non-auto-dial calling.

What little changes have been made?
How can we get this thing working together?

Try 2.0.5.1rc1 and completely read the QUEUEMETRICS.txt document
