hello guys,

i have problems with my recorded conversations, i reviewed the recording, all of them have very very bad audio quality, both wav and mp3 files.

i'm using Slackware 12.1, astguiclient_2.0.4.1rc2, asterisk 1.2.24, ztdummy, using 1000Hz timer frequency and system RAM disk for recording. I tested it for just only 1 Agent(manual dialing).

Hope somebody would advice me with my prob.

regards,

-- ztdummy, timer frequency is 1000Hz.

Using top command:

What version of SoX are you using?

I have setup systems with the same software and settings and have never run into this problem with WAV files before.
