inbound voicemail

We have inbound calls coming in and when no agents are logged in the call gets passed through to voicemail after it is considered dropped.
This is working fine; however some of the voicemails are getting cutoff while the caller is still leaving a message. Is there a place in the dialplan that sets the max length a voicemail can be?
