On the real-time agent report (AST_timeoneVDADall.php) when a agent changes to a ready state and a call comes in, they're state becomes INCALL but the time marker doesn't reset, it continues from where it was when the agent was paused (normally 2-3 minutes)
any clues on why this may be happening?

the time should change once the call has been received by the agent.
I would recommend upgrading to 2.0.4.1rc4.
