vicidial.org

i am using a softphone to call on my asterisk.

is there other way i can check on the call logs aside from logging on vicidial?

i dont want to use vicidial for dialing out or receiving call.

Are you using the call_log FastAGI logging for every call out? If so you should have every call logged to the call_log database table if you have VICIDIAL installed.

i have AGI as call Logs but when i checked it it does not have all the callls i made.

is it applicable even though im not logged in in vicidial?

do you have the call_log entries in your dialplan right before every Dial entry?
