Call Hangs Up While Transfering to Agent in Predective Mode.

Hi Guys...

VICIDIAL & ASTERISK ROCKS...!!!

I have been facing problem when getting into Predictive Mode.

Dialing Method : Ratio.
VDAD Extention : 8369


When ever call gets mature and transfers to agent.. all the agent Can Hear is HELLO or HI from the client & the call gets disconnected.

Please help me .... For the Same..

Asterisk version?

VICIDIAL build and version?

loadavg on server?

kind of carrier and codec you are using?

asterisk-1.2.17

VICIDIAL build and version?
version 2.0.4

loadavg on server?
load average: 0.23, 0.09, 0.08
its UBUNTU 6.06 LTS LAMP Server. approx 10-12 Agents Logged @ a time..

kind of carrier and codec you are using?

SIP VoIP Carrier.

What kind of bandwidth are you using?

Can you see what the SIP debug information is when the call is terminated?

1Mbps LEASED LINE

Go to Asterisk CLI and type "sip debug"

then place a single call and see what happens with it when it hangs up on it's own after sonnecting to the agent.
