Is there a HowTo for "How to autodial campaigns to start with a simple IVR then direct to Agent" ?

I have not found it in the manager Manual

That feature is not in the 2.0.4 tree of VICIDIAL. It was recently added to the SVN codebase though as "Campaign Survey"
