vicidial.org

how can i retreive a recordings, because just after a sale call I rebooted the asterisk and the vicidial. And after loading up i looked for the said recording but unfurtunately when i looked in the 192.168.xx.xx\RECORDINGS\ folder its not there. But when i search the lead in the vicidial it says it has a recording but in no specific location. How can i look for it? or it was now saved after rebooting?

Were you using a RAM drive to do recordings?

have you checked the following directories?
/var/spool/asterisk/monitor
/var/spool/asterisk/monitorDONE
