Hi guys,
Hoping you can help me with a setting issue. Our dialer running in AMD is statusing a number of files NA when it should be detecting them as DC. When we call them manually, we hear the recording that the number is not in service.
Is there an area where we can tweak the detection settings for DC numbers?
Thanks!

What kind of trunks are you using?
What country are you calling?

We are using T1/PRI trunks, and we are calling from Canada.

Are you calling only to Canada, or are you calling the USA?

Our calls are to both Canada and the US.

Is this a problem to only Canada or USA calls?
What PRI termination code is your carrier sending for Disconnects?
What PRI signalling type are you using?
