Is there anyway for VICIDIAL to detect tritone and busies on PRI circuits? On our system all calls that the dialer makes and doesn't pass to the agents get marked NA... Is something setup wrong or is this just not possible?

Nope. You would need to use a call progress signaller like ParaXip($250 per channel) to do something like that. VICIDIAL only sends calls that receive a carrier Answer signal to an agent, but it will also use PRI codes to a certain extent to do dispositioning of NA calls.

So basically we can't determine if a call was tritone, busy, or just not answered?

A true busy signal is almost always sent with SIP and PRI lines. It's telling the difference between a tritone and a ring-no answer inthe USA that is very difficult.
