hopper getting leads from same list id.

Hello,

Have anyone experienced having a big leads (500k loaded) that VICIDIAL only gets leads from just 1 list_id and not all list_id?

I mean for example my list_id is 201 and it also contains all 201 area code and I have 805 list_id with corresponding area code 805. The hopper seems to be only getting leads from 201 and if I dont disable 201 it wont be able to get leads from 805. and one more thing all the leads are new

I tried changing all the list order but havent found any success.

any ideas?

The hopper loader usually does exactly what it is told to do. Could you please post all of this info:

- campaign dial statuses
- lead order
- stats(status, count, called_since_last_reset) from lists that are active

Usually what I do was disable the 1 and enable one just to make the dialer dial another area code.

one more note though, I have a dial ratio of 10 using adapt_tapered most of the time

The size of the list isn't an issue, I've done over 12 million before.

What version of astGUIclient is this running?

With Down Last Name this should be pulling from all available lists. Can you post the output of "AST_VDhopper.pl --debugX" after clearing the hopper?

You also may want to try List Mix, it is actually fully functional despite what it says in admin.php, providing you use the List Mix version of the AST_VDhopper_MIXtest.pl script.

Im using rc4 of 2.0.4

One note though I only put NEW on the dial status. Im quite baffled by this as this is the first time I encountered this issue. On my other rc4 install I dont have any issues with this. The config are the same.

What is in the last_name field of these leads?

YAY!!!!! I dont have a last name on the leads because the first name and the last name are on the first_name field doubleyays.

any other way to set this so that it can have like a semblance of dialing multiple area code?

just copy your first_name info into the last_name field. Pretty easy to do in MySQL, then you can sort by lastname and get some randomness.

How about adding a feature on the hopper that also have up firstname or down first name on the campaign menu? do you think this is worth the effort?

Shouldn't be a problem, create a new issue in the tracker and next time I'm in the hopper loader code I'll add it.
