Autodial not working with separate mysql/apache

Postby gardo » Wed Oct 04, 2006 11:49 pm

It seems that my autodial is not working when using a separate database/web server. I login to http://dialer/agc/vicidial.php and I get the "you're the only person in this conference" sound. Checking on the realtime stats for the campaign, my status always stays paused even though I clicked resume already. Of course, no calls are coming through. After a few minutes there is noone in the status list anymore even though I'm still logged in. However, I can make manual calls.

What seems to be missing?

Are all of your servers time sync'd with ntp to the same time source?

Thanks for the quick reply Matt. That solved my problem. My database wasn't synchronized to the time server.Running ntpdate -u 18.145.0.30 on the database did it.

There can be several things causing this, time sync is the easiest one to fix.

Other than that you need to double-check all of your config settings and look at the vicidial_auto_calls table as you are logging in and clicking RESUME/PAUSE to see if there may be a problem.

Also watch the output from the ASTVDauto screen to see if it is pausing agents.
