I have installed Vicidial on Ubuntu Server 8.04 with Asterisk 1.2.26. A Linksys PAP-2 has also been added to the system using SIP and the adapter's FXS is been trunked in to the Office's Analog PBX FXO. I have tested the extension as calling the extension via SIP the Linksys box is both receiving and sending calls from Asterisk. Now the agents log in to the Vicidial they receive Inbound calls from PSTN via E1/PRI, the agent then transfer the calls to Analog adapter if the caller want to speak to some one with in the office, the analog adapter then transfers the call to Analog PBX. The issue is this that when the agent adds the SIP Extension of the analog adapter and clicks the Blind Transfer Some time it tranfers and mostly it dosent as the extension is registered at Asterisk a dial plan is also been added to the extensions.conf. In the case of non-transfer, When it agents clicks the Blind Transfer button the disposition screen popup but the ZAP channel still visible in the Show Conferences and the agent could still communicate with the caller.
There are two more things I would like to know What does INCALL means. This status has been appearing at agent stats and in the VDAD Report. Is there any way to distinguish out a report of manual call made by the agent as using the Manual dial & Fast Dial options using Ratio mode.
