sales report

i am using 2.04 rc4

when the sales are made and the agents disposes the call as sale made

the complete list of sales i am able to see on the sales viever.
bt when i try to download them clicking the link "download excel sales report" a file is getting downloaded with no data in it.

0 bytes

wher can the problem be.. kindly assist..

Unfortunately, the sales report was contributed by an outside programmer and it is not maintained anymore at this point. I would suggest checking that your Excel perl modules are loaded and see if that helps.

thnx for the reply mr florell.

i have another query . in manual calling mode.. wen the agents clicks "dial next number " a popup window stating tht the call is ringing for 2secs ...3 secs... and so on appears on the screen. an agents keeps on pressing it till the call is completely hung up.. and the same thing repeats again on the next call.

the scenario is in case of manual call for predictive mode also.

wht can be the problem.

I would like to understand that why we have duplicated entries here :

line 2,3,4 are same... why possibly we need to run a script thrice for a same call...

I know been posting a lot of problems... but i promise i would contribute equally once i get things under control... please advise on this one..
