Agents entering with 60mins time offset

I have two vicidials using one DB,
when agents log into the system, they show up in vicidial as having been waiting for 60 minutes, so when they get a call, they're timer starts off in 60mins.
Since this has only happened for a few days, it was suggested it might be some daylight savings time problem.

another setup we have (vicidial and DB on same server) hasnt suffered from the same problem, so this appears to be related to the 2Vici,1DB scheme,

any ideas?

What is the timezone in Linux on the Operating System for each server?

I have the same problem after a daylight saving change in my country and the problem was an offset between the PHP time Zone definded in php.ini and the time zone in the server.
The solution in mi case was to edit this php.ini directive
date.timezone = Etc/GMT+2
