hi i just would like to know if vici is capable with call transfer and conferencing....is it enable by default or not part of the system.... :) :)

When an agent has a Live Caller, there is a button available (and active) on the screen called "TRANSFER - CONF". If you read the user manual on the use of this button (buy the manual if you haven't already) you will find the features which you seek.

This button is not active until there is a live caller.
