NNNNN No available balance agent found in inbound campaign

I have created a in-group SALESLINE and an inbound campaign as per the manager manual. Modified the extensions.conf as per manual.
Then I log in at agc/vicidial.php , I am placed in the conference.
But when somebody calls up the inbound no. call is not transfered to me, he is played moh.
In the agi-out, it is given
