Hi Everybody
it s my first topic hier
si i have started a call center with 20 position and what i need is a CRM
i have all what i need normally (hardware)
i read many other topics about vicidial and it look like that is the right solution for me for inbound and outbound and all the other features like recording script statistik and and (tell me it it s true and if Vicidial is enough)

now the problem is the install procedure
i mean i didnt understand exactly how should it be
i m not using linux always and that s why it s a little bit difficult for me

but i think that i need a good server (i have it)
asterisk (i know just the name
and vicidial
is there any other programm to install or it s enough

and than if it s enough how it s should be installed
it will be great if someone explain it slowly for me

if you're at that level, get vicidialnow (it's an install disk image, will completely wipe your computer clean and install vicidial and asterisk). and buy the manager's manual to save yourself learning everything manually. put 1 agent on that box for a week to train yourself to manage it.
or hire an installer to do it all for you. there's a list on this site. but you'll still need the manager's manual if you want to understand this software. and yes, vicidial is the only dialer i have found that will run a room as well as a "proprietary" box. in fact better than a lot of them.

Ok, now I am confused. DACX? Are you offering a VICIDIAL solution? I don't see you mentioning VICIDIAL anywhere on your website. If not then I would like to put it to you that you are using CHEAP promotion to attract potential clients. This is not an advertising medium but a VICIDIAL forum. And to all your potential clients out there who considers using your solution..... I for one will never do business with a company that hijacks other forums to do cheap advertising!! If this is a VICIDIAL solution I humbly apologize!

VICIDIAL is a totally free opensource predictive dialer which works with ASTERISK. Under all circumstances it will suffice to all your needs. We have been running it from last one year. Just look around and you will find numerous VICI installations......

When you say DRISHTI / DACX, it is also based on ASTERISK but comes at a hefty price and lot of hassels. (yes they do hijack threads in this forum)

In a nut shell, you get all the features in VICI which any commercial grade dialer can provide and that too FREE............ Infact VICI is giving commercial dialers a run for their money.

In case you are unable to get it working on your own, then hire a consultant at very reasonable cost. Many consultants charge about 200US$ for online installation (we too do it)
Btw purchase the manager manual and that shall help you a lot...
