Dispositions

I need some help with creating/refining dispositions. I am using Vicidial 2.0.4-119 Build 71125-1751.
My first question is why am I getting a disposition of DONE? It is not listed on my disposition screen, but I see it on my reports. How do I fix this?

What kind of call handling are you doing (inbound/outbound)?
How frequent are the DONE dispositions showing up?

Outbound calling, with several different campaigns/groups running simultaneously.
It seems to show up once or twice a day, and on different campaigns.

I would suggest upgrading to 2.0.4.1rc5 to see if that fixes the problem for you.

Any idea what could be causing this?
2nd problem - once or twice a week, I see a disposition on thr outbound campaign reporting of Lead Being Called. Any ideas on that?
