after clicking on campaign and TESTAMP this is what i saw, can anyb ody help me?
You do not have permission to view campaign TESTCAMP
all my admin region on my user are set to 1

Read the VICIDIAL Manager Manual and follow the first tutorial and this would not be a problem.
