agc split lead data 2.0.5

I am trying to use the new svn version VICIDIAL web-client version: 2.0.5-188 BUILD: 81124-2213, but i haven´been able to use it cause:
1. initially didn't let me change or at least see the phone text box for every lead i brught from the hopper. I changed in vicidial_campaigns the disable_alterphone and could see it.
2. the data in the form are disordered, so the system cannot call to any one. Many fields appear split and the other appear in wrong places.
I would be so gratefull i someone can tellme something about it.
