Hello,

I am using astguiclient-2.0.4 and asterisk-1.4.X

For few days my system was dialing very nicely with same packages but sudendly when my agents are logging @ that time they are getting LIVE calls but there is no information of customer in the vicidial.php page. Customer info is there in Database but not coming on vicidial.php page.

As of now i m not planning to 2.0.5 bcaz with 2.0.4 it was woking fine previously..

what could be the problem.

Which release of Asterisk 1.4?

It`s asterisk-1.4.21 and also i m getting NaN NaN NaN:NaN:NaN AM in my vicidial.php of agc.When the live calls are there..

Usually a load/network issue.

What is the loadavg on the server?

Are you seeing any javascript errors on the agent side in the browser?

I just reinstall perl scripts and my problem is solved...
