Manual call

Hello every one,
We are running a campaign that is only doing manual calls on the dialer but they are having problems. When an agent makes a manual call on the CRM when the call is done the try to disposes it but it will not? When they log back in the call is still there recordings all the calls.
Oe are using 3 servers, all XEONS 3.0, SCIS HHD, 2GB Ram
One asterisk
One BD
One Recordings server
The load on the server is around 2.00
A total of 24 agents.
we are using the g729, Channel bank and Sangoma E1 card and IPLC
Could the load being above 1.00 give us problems?

I need more detailed explanation of exactly what is happening.
What astGUIclient version are you using?
What kind of trunks are you using? (Zap/SIP/IAX2)
Please post /var/log/astguiclient/action_full.2006-10-XX actions when the hangups are not occuring.

This usually can happen when the load is very high. I would recommend trying the snapshot release I posted last week and see if that helps.
