Give agents a ring for inbound calls

Can we modify this one, instead of just a beep sound replace it with a ring when inbound calls comes in.

Hi mcargile, how to do this ringing.

You need to upgrade to at least 2.0.5 release. In this version you can set the agent alert extension to any extension you want in the system, including a fake ringing sound.
