Give agents a ring for inbound calls

Hi,
Can we modify this one, instead of just a beep sound replace it with a ring when inbound calls comes in.

Yes but it depends on your version how to do so. What is the version and build number from the bottom of the agent screen?

You need to upgrade to at least 2.0.5 release. In this version you can set the agent alert extension to any extension you want in the system, including a fake ringing sound.
