Hi Everyone,
Calls started not passing through to my agents after I upgraded my dialer from 2.0.4 to 2.0.5. There are calls waiting and in agent page I could see calls in queue but not passing dialer. I reverted back to 2.0.4 but I still have this issue. I restored all agi files of 2.0.4 but of no use.
Any help/guidance would be invaluable.

Did you upgrade your database schema and your dialplan when you did the upgrade?
Did you read every point in the UPGRADE document?

Hi Matt,
Thanks for your reply. After using the sample configuration dialplan of 2.0.5 I could make it work. The problem was I was using older dialplan.
