Hi Matt,
I would like to know the best configuration (in menu Campaign detail) in order to allow vicidial make outbound calls and receive calls inbound at the same time.

Yes, but when I set both inbound and outbound for a campaign, calls outbound not start!

Hi Matt,
when I make outbound only everything works fine (using the predictive). In contrast, when an operator works in inbound and outbound, the outbound is blocked for the other operators who are working on that campaign.

How exactly are outbound calls "blocked"? Please explain in more detail.

Hi Matt, excuse me for my english!
However, outgoing calls do not leave, why dialable leads go to 0, but the hopper is full.Instead inbound it works fine.
Maybe I have something wrong in the configuration, you can help me?
