Hi guys,

I just installed 20 DID's in my vicidial 2.0.5, how do i assign each of them to an agent.

My idea is to create several in groups and have an agent log in to the in group then assign each did to route to a specific in-group

You could use the AGENTDIRECT in-group in conjunction with DIDs to have the calls go to only one agent. that way you don't have to create 20 in-groups.
