Hi Matt,
I have installed a vicidial server manuall is going good but PD has issue.
When Agents login , the x-lite pops up and when we press yes in x-lite the server says
"Thats not a valid conference number"

and the cli show the below:

PLEASE HELP ME ...........

What install document did you follow?
What Linux distro did you use?
What version of astguiclient?
Did you compile Zaptel properly?

You should provide as much information as possible when asking questions, this helps both parties

Also: Either install Vicibox on a machine (simplest install you'll ever have) and you'll be UP.

OR

Use the Vicibox DEMO Live CD for troubleshooting. This will help you to see what it SHOULD be like, what SHOULD be happening ... you can put it into a spare box WITHOUT altering the box and when you're done just reboot and pop out the CD.

In the meantime: read the stickies and put your configuration (OS, versions, hardware, any other software installed ...) into your signature.

But seriously ... install Vicibox and your life will get simpler. Quickly.
