Call Back vs. Call Back Hold

What is the difference? I'm not finding it in the manual

A callback hold(CBHOLD) is a scheduled callback that has not hit it's trigger time yet.

A callback(CALLBK) is a lead that you can dial in an outbound campaign right now because it either had no trigger time or it's trigger time has passed.

USERS THAT LEAVE AND HAVE CALLBACKS

When you have an employee that leaves, what is the best way to get their callbacks to other employees using Vicidialer. Do we have to login as them or can they be rerouted?

We usually just do a simple database query in MySQL to change all USERONLY callbacks to another user in one move. There is no utility for this at this time, that would be a good feature to put into the issue tracker, or to sponsor the development of maybe.
