really i'am tired with vicidial
i have spend now more than one week to make just outboud vicidial with my voip provider i want just 2 agent connecte to the server to have the dialer.but no way!!!!
i have used vicidialnow ,vicibox all thing
my probleme i have created the groupe;the compagnie,the agent,the list,the lead upload,the trunk in admin carrier(here i have follow exactely the tuto)
but when i log the agent console i heard x lite say "you are the only persone in thins conférence" after i clik lead view+dial next number.
here i see all information coming from my lead upload;
but when i clik on dial lead i heard x lite say "sorry you have not a avaible extension please try again"

do you have the manager's manual?
