I am making a survey with Lime Survey. I integrated Vicidial with LimeSurvey, but I have a problem:

In the campaign settings in WebFrom I am inserting the URL of the survey, some data I am inserting directly from the lists. My URL is something like that: VARhttp://my_web_server/limesurvey/inde ... -city--B--

It seems that the number of characters which I need to use is bigger than it is allowed by ViciDial settings.

Can anyone please tell me how to increase it?

It's a VARCHAR(255) field, you can only increase it by altering the database.

But I'm wondering what all of these "&36283" are doing in there since they do nothing. What are those for, you do not make them equal to anything so why are they in your URL?
