Trying to figure out how to write an SQL filter to prevent the dialer from calling the same number on a list more than once regardless of whether there are multiple names or not. I have an excel list with 50K leads that need this filter applied. HELP!

in SVN the command-line lead loader supports this by using a command-line flag. I hope to add this as an option to all of th web lead loaders in the future.
