Autodialing Not Working??

I am having a strange problem lately. When I put my agents in a campaign that is set for autodial - Adapt Hard Limit or Adapt Average, no calls ever get to the agents. All agents have sat waiting for a call for more than 10 minutes without getting one. Finally, I put the campaign on manual and things start going. I had 10 agents logged in at the time.
I also had this problem last week testing the AMD feature. This time I only had one agent logged in.
Any ideas?
